Booty Burn is a 55-minute group fitness class that will get you moving to the beat of the music. Combining HIIT-style movements like squats, jumping jacks, and burpees with core and glute-focused exercises, it delivers a comprehensive full-body workout. For those seeking an extra challenge, weights and bands are available. Expect improvements in cardio, core strength, balance, and, of course, your booty, while enjoying increased energy levels and endurance. 

Join us Thursday mornings at Kitsilano Beach for an outdoor workout with a beautiful view of Vancouver's shoreline. 

Bring yourself, some water, and a mat! Shoes are optional depending on personal preference.
